I am impressed by the ability that June has to read, through body language, reticence, and even contempt of group members, and then to draw out these issues to the benefit of the team as a whole. She is well aware of the rapid changes in the information services environment, and can associate with the fear of change within members of a team, and then draw out these fears to assist all members of a team in undertaking planning for change.

Communications had become difficult. The meeting to resolve matters, facilitated by June, was a complete success. Problems are now shared between us all. We also know each other better and are continuing to improve our communication skills every day.
