I work with people and organisations to help them improve upon what is already good about them-selves and their organisation and as appropriate move towards and achieve useful change.

From experience I favour participative and experiential learning methods and mostly facilitate action learning and team development. I work with clients to assess their needs, tailor interventions and agree methods of evaluation.

For the last twenty years I have been working with organisations, groups and individuals as an independent consultant. Previously I worked as a senior local government manager in London.
