What I do
I work with people and organisations to help them improve upon what is
already good about them-selves and their organisation and as appropriate move
towards and achieve useful change.
Sometimes useful change is only possible with outside help. Typical
situations calling for such assistance are:

For the last seventeen years I have been working with organisations, groups
and individuals as an independent consultant. Previously I worked as a senior
local government manager in London.
